Founded in February 2015, The Nguyen's is a family-owned and operated restaurant, born from a desire to share our Vietnamese culture and heritage with the community. Cooking has always been our passion, and seeing a guest leave happy is what keeps us serving authentic Vietnamese food made with care, tradition and love.
Chef Annie Nguyen takes that cooking beyond the restaurant too: Mi Quang for CBC Kitchener-Waterloo's Sounds of the Season, a cooking demonstration class at Longo's in Guelph, and meals at Hope House for Better Food Co.
